CONTACT IMPROVISATION CLASSES

Contact Improvisation is an improvised dance involving two or more people moving in and out of physical contact with one another. Using all of the senses to listen and respond to what is happening in the moment as they roll, spiral, fall and fly! The classes will be led by a different teacher each week, each with their own approach, including time for skills-based material and improvisation.
